From the moment you arrive through the electric gates, you'll find a home that has been thought through with exceptional care. From the four-poster king size bed to the second double bedroom, the fully-equipped kitchen, the wood-burning stove, and the underfloor heating throughout, every element is designed for comfort. Guests regularly describe the countryside views as one of the highlights of their stay.

For those travelling with dogs, Judins Cottage is genuinely one of the best-equipped cottages in East Sussex. The private enclosed garden is secure and beautifully kept, with outdoor dining and a gas BBQ. A dedicated dog basket is stocked with treats, towels, bowls, poo bags and ID tags. And best of all, you can walk directly from the cottage across the farm's own fields to Bateman's, the 17th-century National Trust home of Rudyard Kipling, less than a mile away.

Families are well catered for with a travel cot, highchair, stair gates and a fireguard all available on request. Electric vehicle charging is available on site, and the cottage is a short drive from Heathfield, Rye, Tunbridge Wells and the East Sussex coast.
